This segment brings you through a forest and then a series of cliffs.

01 Rejoin the D925, back to where you started in St. Valery. When you come to the 1st roundabout (in front is a large supermarket called LeClerc) turn right on to the C12.
D925 Exit St. Valery en Caux.
02 Follow the C12/D79 towards Paluel.
C12 D79 You will pass the nuclear power plant of Paluel.
DETOUR: You can visit the plant. They have regular tours.
03 Veulettes-sur-Mer
C12 D79
You will arrive through Veulettes-sur-Mer, a small coastal village (with another Casino). It's quite a popular village, with several hotels and small restaurants.
FOOD: The Casino restaurant is not bad, but expensive.
04 In front of the casino, on the roundabout take first right.
D79 After the casino, you will be starting a hill climb.
CAUTION: Not suited for caravans and large motor homes.
05 Continue on D79
D79 On the D79 you will climbing and taking many curves to arrive at the top. During the climb, you will notice many beautiful houses.
06 Continue on D79
D79 Just keep going.
07 St.Martin-aux-Buneaux
D79 C03 You will eventually arrive at St. Martin-aux-Buneaux. Just when entering St. Martin, the road will become very small and narrow ! Continue on that C03 road
08 On these farm roads, continue until the D68
D68 The road eventually reaches a crossing. Take a right.
09 Follow the D68 until you are close to the bottom. Take a right on the D471 (Les-Petites-Dalles)
D471 Close towards the end of the descent take a right (if you overshoot, you can continue on until you reach the bottom of the hill and take a right there).
10 Les Petites Dalles
D5
You have arrived at Les-Petites-Dalles. It's a very small beach town, but often very crowed in the summer.

DETOUR: If you like hiking, there's a small hiking path through the forest up to Sassetot (GR121). If one person continues in the car, others can meet up at the Castle of Sassetot. Count about 45 minutes walk. (Watch out for wild boars).

FOOD: There's only one small restaurant here called "Esperanza". The food is adequate and very cheap, but it's a one woman show, so you'll be spending a minimum of 3 hours here (count 4).
11 Take the D5 out of Les-Petites-Dalles towards Sassetot.
D5 You're going to be climbing a hill again.
12 Sassetot-le-Mauconduit
D5
You will have arrived at Sassetot. You can see the castle where the Austrian Empress Sissy had her illegitimate child.
FOOD: In front of the castle is a junction. Continue away from the castle, about 300 meters is an excellent restaurant called "Le Relais de Dalles".
13 Continue on the D79 towards St. Pierre-en-Port
D79 With the church on your right, stay right at the crossing. This is the village of Sassetot itself.
14 Continue on the D79
D79 This road will climb and descend several times, often with 180° curves. It's a very nice scenery.

CAUTION: Not good road for caravans or mobile homes.
15 Continue down the hill
D79 After your 180° curve, in the descent, there is a junction to "Les Grandes Dalles" to your right. It's not much to see though.
16 St. Pierre-en-Port
D79 Once you have finished the hill climb, you will arrive on a plateau. A little afterwards, you will arrive at St. Pierre-en-Port, a small but active Normandy village.
17 Continue on D79 towards Eletot
D79 After you have passed the town center (shops) there will be a crossing.
Go to your right (follow the D79)
18 Continue on the D79
D79 You will once again start climbing and descending, taking steep curves. part of this route is through a forest.
19 Once you're going past Eletot (you'll be on the outskirts) take a right heading to Senneville-sur-Fecamp.
D79 Eletot is a large Normandy village, but it has nothing to offer.
Once at the end of the village, take a right on the "Rue de la Valleuse".
20 Continue until you reach the D79 again.
D79 Continue until you reach the D79 again. The D79 will have made a detour, joined a bigger road, and then split off again.
21 Go through Senneville-sur-Fecamp towards Fecamp.
D79 You will now be driving alongside the cliffs. You'll see the ocean on your right.

If you look carefully, you will start seeing some German Bunkers.
22 Fecamp
D79 At the end of the road, you will see a monastery turned into an Hotel/Restaurant (La Ferme de la Chapelle). Right after the hotel is a small road to your right.

DETOUR: Go up that road and park. You can walk to the edge of the cliffs with a great view over Fecamp. You'll be passing a maze of bunkers.



23 Follow the D79 all the way down. At the intersection, go right.
D925 The road will be steep downwards. At the end of the road, there is an intersection with a very sharp turn right.

CAUTION: It is impossible for caravans and mobile homes to take this corner!
24 Follow the D925 into Fecamp. The road eventually bends left into Fecamp. Then cross over the bridge and at the roundabout go right.
D925 You will be seeing the commercial harbor on your left, and dry docks on your right.

DETOUR: At the roundabout you can also take the 2nd exit (left) following the D925. That brings you into the center where there's a cathedral and market. If you arrive here on Saturday morning, you can visit the open-air market. There are also two pedestrian shopping streets.
25 Follow alongside the quay towards the end of the road.

This portion brings you alongside the pleasure boat section.

FOOD: You will find after about 1 kilometer from the roundabout the restaurant "Grand Banc". It's small, but very good and innovative.

DETOUR: After the roundabout, there's a road to your left (rue Du Domaine). After crossing 3 roads you will see the magnificent Palais Benedictine (where they make the Benedictine liquor).
